Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket, By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “You”) and The STA Group (the “Organizers”).

Tickets for the Event must be purchased in full seven days prior to the Event.

The Organizers will confirm the payment of your ticket via email. If you do not obtain such a receipt within three days, it is your responsibility to contact the Organizers.

By purchasing Tickets, you agree to provide the Organizers with all information requested. Your information must be supplied by the deadline stated on the Website in order to guarantee access to the event. The Organizers will try to accommodate any late requests for changes and dietary requirements but these cannot be guaranteed.

Ticket purchases are non-refundable (save in the exceptional circumstances set out below) and non-transferable.

The date, time, location, and lineup of the event are subject to change at the Organizers’ discretion. You will be notified of any significant changes via the email address provided during ticket purchase.

The Organizers will not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing any obligation under these Terms and Conditions regarding the lunch in the event of any circumstance not within the Organizers’ reasonable control including, without limitation acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination or sonic boom, any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, or failing to grant a necessary licence or consent, collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident, any labour or trade dispute, strikes, industrial action or lockouts, non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors and interruption or failure of utility service (a “Force Majeure Event”). Any resulting suspension or cancellation of the event shall not constitute a breach of contract and nor will you be entitled to claim for any loss or damage howsoever arising as a result of a Force Majeure Event. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence, hospitality or accommodation relating to the event which you have arranged is at your own risk.

The Organizers will attempt to re-organise the event as soon as practicable after the Force Majeure Event ends. Should the Event not be re-scheduled, you will be entitled to a refund of a proportion of the ticket Fee (limited to the face value of the ticket, less any discount applied) and less any non-refundable costs and expenses that have been incurred by the Organizers including staffing costs and Website platform-related licences and fees.

Where the event is cancelled for any reason, the Organizers will not be liable to you for breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where the Event is subsequently rescheduled.

If the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket value (limited to the face value less any discount applied).

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit any liability of the Organizers which cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You participate in the event at your own risk. The Organizers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or illness suffered during the event, except for cases of negligence or wilful misconduct. You must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements, rules and regulations (including, without limitation, the rules of the Venue and the regulations of any licensing authority) whilst in the Venue.

Any views and opinions expressed at the Event by the speakers, presenters and/or judges do not purport to reflect the views and opinions of the Organizers. We are not responsible for any offence caused by the speakers or presenters.
