By entering the Free Prize Draw, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Introduction
1.1 This Free Prize Draw is administered and sponsored by Sports Technology Awards Ltd (“The STA Group”).
1.2 By entering this Free Prize Draw, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This Free Prize Draw is open to residents of jurisdictions where such giveaways are legally permitted. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
2.2 Employees and immediate family members of The STA Group or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in this Free Prize Draw.
3. Entries
3.1 Entries must be submitted before midnight on April 5, 2024. Any entry received after this time will not be considered.
3.2 Participants may only enter once, and duplicate entries will be disqualified.
3.3 No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Prize
4.1 The prize of this Free Prize Draw is one single ticket to The 2024 Sports Technology Awards, scheduled for May 16, 2024.
4.2 The prize does not include travel or transport to or from the venue.
4.3 The prize is not transferable, and no substitution, exchange, or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by The STA Group, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of the advertised prize or force majeure.
5. Decisions
5.1 The winner shall be selected randomly from all eligible entries that were received on time.
5.2 The decision of The STA Group regarding any aspect of this Free Prize Draw is final and binding.
6. Winner Notification
6.1 The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry.
6.2 If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. Personal Data
7.1 The STA Group respects your privacy and will handle the personal information you provide when entering this Free Prize Draw in accordance with its privacy policies and applicable law.
8. Liability
8.1 The STA Group shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurred as a result of participation in this Free Prize Draw or the awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
9. Governing Law
9.1 This Free Prize Draw and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of The STA Group.
